2 different ways:

(1): With phone off, press and hold center silver button. While holding in button, press and hold power on button. Phone will ask if you want to Master Reset. (You will lose all information....)

(2): With phone off, press and hold both "E" and "Z" buttons. While holding in buttons, power on phone...

Try what I suggested in my previous post first if you can. (If you can get the "start" button to work...)

I got it. I figured it out the morning after. I did number one. It was werid I searched on here but couldnt find it, then I did on google and it broght me to a post here.
