Default help please

i first got my Q9m in September

since then i've had to get it replaced 3 times

this is the third time and its starting to do the same things the other ones did

its freezing, when i try to text someone it types a few words then it goes blank but i cant still type

volume is messed up, and calls ring once then goes to voicemail

what should i do?

reset or just see if maybe i misplaced something?

Those are pretty unique problems to have happen in 3 different phones. I'd start by asking what kind of third party software are you loading on it?

As crazy as this sounds there is always that possibility that if you are getting your Q9m's from the same place each time that you could in fact be dealing with a batch of defective units. Maybe return it once again but get your replacement from another location? Online?

Default Maybe a virus

The issues your having sound odd. My thoughts are maybe you have a virus.

if u have ur own microsd or minisd and not use the 128mb that came with the package on all 3 units the problem may be in the memcard either a virus or file causing errors when accessed

back in the day i had my old Smartphone and PPC both were having issues with a specific picture file that when the units scanned the memcards(for example program files for an installed app that was placed in the memcard to save space) both of my WM devices froze, when that files was removed from my memcards the problem went away
