Default Has the Q Keyboard Issue Been Resolved on the Q9?

For all of you that have upgraded from the Q to Q9 - I have a question. The biggest issue with my Q is that the keyobard is slow and can't keep up with my typing. For example, I type an email and then read it and find it is missing letters.

Has this issue been resolved in the Q9?

Thanks.

Not so much with it missing letters, but sometimes it will lag behind. Kind of freaked me out to finish a message and still see the display typing it. I've had this problem with just about ever Moto phone I've ever had.

The problems that I find when typing fast are that I will get 2 capitalized letters in a row sometimes - and that I will get 2 letters duplicated in a row when I only typed 1 letter. And unfortunately I am one of those weirdo types that likes me typing perfect. Bad for me - ha!

I get the same thing, double letters. Like you I always have to go back and fix them too because I just can't stand it.

Interesting -- I have not had any duplication. I think the keyboard is a huge improvement over the original. I used to miss at least one character per line but now I don't. My issue is how the ALT and ABC function works now. I constantly get locked into those modes when I just try to hit one ALT or cap character.
