Funny verizon bill!!

Hey all just wanted to share a screwed up cell phone bill from verizon... Well I called when I first got my q9m and because i was new to smartphones I asked if it I could go with the pay per kb and not be charged for nights and weekends, the lady told me "yes nights and weekends are no charge," so from there well needless to say from there I was constantly on youtube and every other site that uses alot of kbs, I got my text today from VZW for my bill it totaled 19,355 bucks, so apparenly it wasnt free haha, I then called and they credited my account 19,200 dollars and just charged me for the 44.99 unlimited! so newbees like me learn from my mistakes lol Just thought you guys could use some amusement in you day!!! Anybody esle ever have an interesting bill?? Please share, and thanks for reading!

It wasn't from verizon, and it wasn't for data, and it wasn't for that much, but mine involved alltel, a shitload of text messages, and one pissed off customer (thats me :D ) I think my bill was around 5 grand b/c they were charging per text message.

We had an issue were VZW keept forgetting to upgrade our plan, and eneded up with three bills over 1k. The first one was our fault, but then ended up knocking it down to about $750, and then the other two months, plus one additional month we didn't end up paying anything, since they were having issues getting our plan changed.

that is quite ridiculous but to there credit they did exactly what you wanted...lol
nights and weekends are free but data does not count as minutes...it counts as kb
granted they probably should have told you that but probably didnt put 1 and 1 together...hope you decided to go with the full data plan and not the crappy per kb plan
