Freezes Up - Motorola Q Forum

So I have had a Moto Q 9m since around january and have been quite pleased. But yesterday I looked at my phone in the morning when i was taking it off the charger and noticed it was showing a screen saying that i wasnt using the correct charger... although the charger was what was supplied with the phone. So then I looked at the battery life and it was on one bar. So later on in the day I looked at it (without any other charging) and it had a full battery life. That hasnt happened since but at about 3:30 today i tried to open my contacts and it wouldnt open. no matter what. so then i left it alone for a while and i looked at it again and it was locked. so i tried to unlock it but once again nothing works. Now I just tried it and it is working. but very slowly.

Now hopefully someone can lend me some advice because now it has just froze up again. ugh.

By the way I have been using some of the homescreens from this forum. But I just removed those so that shouldnt be a problem anymore.
