freezes at winmo screen...cant return it - Motorola Q Forum

ok i did a master reset and then i replaced my pim.vol and rebooted and now my phone freezes at the windows mobile 6.1 screen. i would bring it back to verizon, but im sure they wont give me a new one because its a Q9m and it has 6.1, im sure they would find something fishy about that. is there anyway to fix this? like recover it without booting or something?

you can try a power on master reset ... think it's hold in Z & E while turnig it on for your Q

that didnt work...do you think verizon would make a big fuss if i tried to replace a Q9m with 6.1?
