To the OP,
I don't know why it gets so many negative reviews. I bought one anyways after reading about it, and it has been a fantastic phone. And mine doesn't lag or anything like I see most complaints are against it.

Topher, have you gotten the firmware update?

what is the new updated software? i just bought mine and its says the my soft ware version is NL-bp_c02.2029p. is that already updated?

I got my Q9m on April 23rd...it came with a micro SD and adapter out of the box.

yea but thats a small capacity card. does anyone know if q9m's are compatible with SDHC(i dont think tyhey are for some reason) and where i can get cheap memory cards that are compatible withe the Q9m?
