Default Email messages don't show in their entirety

Hello. Still learning about my new Q9m and I keep getting an annoying hyperlink message at the bottom of my emails:

"Get entire message and any attachments". Then after I click the hyperlink message it says "Message and all attachments will download next time you connect and receive e-mail". At this point I click on menu and then send/receive to reload the email again which shows the rest of it.

Is there any way just to show the entire message without all the extra clicking. While we're at it how about where you have to click to scroll right. Can you just program the Q to automatically have this function?

Thanks for the help...just trying to tweak things here and there!

I imagine it's the same as on the original Q.

1. Go into your email
2. Select the 'Menu' using the right-soft key and select 'Options'
3. Select 'Account Options'
4. Select the account you want to amend.
5. Click 'Next' until you reach 'Download the following messages' and change the 2nd option to 'Entire Message'
6. Click 'Next' until you reach 'Finish'.

Job done!

As for the scrolling right question, not sure I know what you mean!

Craig

Thanks for the help just did as you said and I am sure that will take care of it! The scrolling right hyperlink message sometimes comes up when the message does not fit in the window. I need to click first then I can scroll right.

I thought there would be a setting so it would automatically scroll right.

Thanks again!

Unfortunately, those instructions don't work on my Q9m. I have Account Settings | Next | Next | Menu | Advanced..... and none of them address the message size issue.

When you're clicking through Next>Next, stop at the screen that says "Choose the data you want to synchronize." Click down until E-mail is highlighted and then hit Menu>Settings. Set "Download size limit" to "Entire Message."

Not that easy to find.

Menu | Settings is greyed out and not selectable.

However, I was able to solve it via the connection settings in ActiveSync on my laptop. I set the download size limit there to "All."
