I had that problem & for me it was that verizon had a different outgoing server for my particular email. I think they tried to fix this, but perhaps this is an area for you to consider? I think in my case I had to change the options in my email acct to have the smtp set to smtp.vzwmail.net & then I needed to change outgoing login & password to my 10 digit phone @vzwmail.net & then the password for my vz acct. |
