ActiveSync Issue

Hello

I have a Moto Q 9M, and I am using ActiveSync to sync my Outlook. The issue is that when I am connected via USB cable, ActiveSync constantly Syncs, causing significant perormance issues (freezes) while connected. To compund the issue, the Schedule option is grayed out and the workaround I found about adding a Fake Server Source did not work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I actually got the answer off the HelloMoto Q forum, here it is:

"yep, had this problem last night as a matter of fact. One simple setting to change that:
Go to Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC and uncheck "Enable advanced network functionality" It should work just fine after that."

That worked and my QM9 syncs regularly
