6.1 Upgrade

There are no Verizon devices listed among the devices scheduled to get the Windows 6.1 upgrade. In fact, there are no Qs on the list either. Plus, the Q9m is onsale for $79.99. This makes me thin it will take forever before Verizon gets 6.1 and maybe the Q9m won't see that upgrade. What do you guys think?

there are Q's on the list just not verizons
the Q9c from sprint and the Q9h from ATT are scheduled to get the upgrade

If the sprint model gets it, I would assume it wouldn't be that hard to hack it to work for our vzw Q9m/c. After all that what the 750 AT&T guys did when the Vodaphone model got WM6 and they were left out.

still don't get how hacking ROMs or buying a new device is worth such a miniscule upgrade. Several 3rd party apps do those functions and may be better than the preloaded mess they try and use.

trust me the more native the app the faster it is. Not to mention the nicer interface of wm6.1 for smartphones and the cut and paste feature.

don't know yet. Sprint and AT&T users will all find out as soon as it is.
