Default Xpress Mail, how do I change the interval?

How can I change the interval to every 5 mins? Is there such an option? TIA.

Anyone ever figure this out? My xpress seems to stop checking for mail. I've gotten a number of new hotmail messages but they dont show up on my phone. Can we not change the interval?

Yup, you go into XM settings from the "Start" menu, then "Update Preferences" from there check "Enable Scheduled Updates", then select "Custom"...next click the "menu" button, here you will make your custom weekday and weekend schedules and time interval, 15 min is the shortest. Be sure to click menu again and hit "Save" otherwise, XM wont remember.

For the record, I am forced to use this xpress mail because Microsoft, ATT and Motorola cant get their act together and get the Windows Live functioning properly.
