Camera or Multimedia

I have a Q9h and the outlook settings are USELESS. When you go through it, it gives you settings which is 3 options:

Download the past: <list>
Message format: <list>
Download size limit: <list>

"Advanced Settings" has even less:

My email-addresses: <textbox>
Security: Two grayed checkboxes

that's IT. Sucks actually.

you have to go to "XM Settings" and change the update preferences.

Question

@rudeboy or any other Guru, can you recommend an application, preferably free and reliable, that can visually edit the various XMLs on the Q that refer to various functions?

I am dying to screw with the XML and customize my own phone besides the basic crap M$ and At$t force you to have so they can brand the crap out of your system. I want to build one from scratch or modify existing to have what I want like we did a while back on XP themes and stuff.

By the way, I am sure there is a better place to post this but I was already here and decided to ask, so no flaming, be cool.

Type in the search box for "customizing homescreen", or some variants of it. You'll find more than you need to know. And it would have saved you the post....

It doesn't save a post actually because I wanted someone to recommend based on personal experience with it and that way it carries more weight with me who has been developing for 15 years.

Instead of going through a barrage of crap from every tom dick and harry who thinks they know what the hell they are doing and waste my time and clutter my machine trying to test it all out. That's all.

You can either suggest, help, or move on. Thanks for the suggestions which I already said I know and have done, and if you noticed I asked for specific suggestions not general, search it then it will come.
