I'll tell you this...if we get shafted on this I will make it a point to join AT&T's official forums and bring it up as often as possible.
Petty? yes but hopefully the message reaches some people and creates some sort of stir. Bitch about this enough to those review sites and people take notice.
petty or not, I tried it but they censor you. see they have this "moderation" in place that will review your posts to make sure they are appropriate (by their standards of course) and you think anything we say against them will make it on there? nope, tried and got no where, instead they warned me to stop or be banned. normally I would have put up a stink but realized its not going to help anything so why bother trying to get the word out on something they can easily delete.

I have finally decided to buy a new phone similar to Q9h but with a touch screen: HP 914c. In USA, I guess it is called 910 or something..

I hate to say it, since its a club with no benefits, but welcome to the club my friend, welcome to the hell that is companies getting so big they feel nothing they do can really hurt them and its true for now.

You got a good unit. I can tell you from personal experience that HP touchscreens are some of the best ever made. Never had trouble with mine and hopefully yours will treat you well too.

Not to be a pessimist, but when 6.1 is released, it will I'm sure solve some people's problems, but it will unleash others. Just take a look at the Sprint and VZ Q pages, and they have issues with 6.1 as well.

Granted, they are more specific, as most people tend to have the same issues, but they never completely disappear, on really any device.

Not pessimistic at all, its very realistic and anyone to think otherwise would be very naive. However, I think most would rather have their current problems fixed and resolved and dealing with any possible new ones when that time comes. Sort of let's get the tire on the car changed so we don't have a blowout and we will worry about faulty Firestone recalls when it happens
