Where do you put stuff?

Hey i am setting up my Moto Q9h and i'm a bit confused...

This is my first smartphone ever so i don't know alot of this stuff.
Where do you put music files that you want to be in the WMP library? and where do you put apps and install them such as the "Q threader". And how do you install new homescreens?
