Default Very Soft Ringing tone...

Hi folks,

I've experience such symptoms on my MotoQ9h, after switch to the "Silent" Profile while at a meeting and then later return to the "Normal" profile, my MotoQ9h refused to ring anymore. In fact, the last time, the problem was even worst that the Media Player was also not play any sound for my song....

I've managed to resolve the situation (twice now) by resetting the "ringing" level in the Settings>Profiles>Normal>Ring Volume to "Loud" but the ringing sound is still very soft or hardly audible

Does anyone have such an experience? is this a bug?

Thank you and regards,
Jeffrey

To rule out something that took me a month to realize, are you listening to the ringtone under sounds?
If so, they will always be low. This is actually a cool feature to prevent us users from annoying people while changing ringtones.
Call yourself to see if it is in fact really low.

Sometimes the sounds kinda stay the same... what I mean by this is make sure your system sound and the profile sounds are back up. Sometimes what happens is that when you switch from silent to normal or whatever, the system sound will stay low.

On the right side you have the up/down keys, hit and hold the button in the middle to check the system volume.

Next, the little button below the down key (stand alone little button) hit and hold that and check the profile volume.
