Two questions about the Q's keyboard (Backspace and Shift)

There aren't a lot. The specs are almost identical. Most of the differences are cosmetic and design-driven. The processor on the Q has better numbers, but seems to perform equally in real life. It's really a matter of either (a) preference on looks, (b) brand loyalty, or (c) price, as the BJ II is $50 cheaper than the Q 9h through AT&T. You shouldn't go wrong with either one. Because of the larger keyboard, my preference is definitely the Q.

Ahhh... okay, thanks. yeah, I'm kinda loyal to Motorola, but the compact size of the BlackJack is throwing me a curveball. I just don't know, I just don't know.
