Default transmitting audio to BT capable car?

Any thoughts about how I can make use of my storage card for audio books, and then transmit to a bluetooth receiver with an attached aux jack?

My car is bluetooth enabled, but only to extent of making and receiving phone calls.

Thanks.

1. get audio book program
2. download books
3. put on SD card
4. get a 2.5mm to 3.5mm connector for audio output
5. get cable from connector to hook up to in dash aux port
6. open audio book program
7. play audio book from program
8. enjoy

Right, my real question is output from Moto Q, which contains 8gb chip. No 2.5 or 3.5 output from Moto Q, only small USB.

I want to be able to output direct from Moto Q to aux audio input.

Sorry if I'm not explaining myself clearly.

Thanks.

Updated: Thanks, I just found a micro USB to 3.5 mm adapter cable.

That should work just fine.

Thanks Again,

M

I know with my headset, I can playback audio books through Windows Media/Pocket Player just fine. It's not high quality, and not in stereo, but it works when I'm on the go.

What happens if you just start playback of an audiobook when your phone is paired and connected to your car? Does it not just playback through the speakers?

If it doesn't, check out Pocket Player for your phone. There is an option in the program to force audio output to non-stereo bluetooth headsets.

Pairing with the vehicle only will only function as the phone, not the media player.

I've found a cable that will work.

Thanks,
