Download Dashwire on your pc and on your phone. Contacts will be in sync...

Outlook works too, but if your Outlook is on your home PC and you lose contacts while at a different PC, Dashwire is web based.

with Outlook use Active Sync for XP or Windows Mobile Device Center (both discussed plenty often so you should find more info quite easily..)

USB works with us along with wifi. Basically anyway you can get connected, DW will work. So you don't necessarily need a data plan to work with our service.
