Default Start Menu / Divx

Hello to all the community,

It's greet to be part of this forum

I'm starting to use my motorola Q9H but I have a few doubts. I appreciate if u can help me

1. On the start menu can I create new folders with any logo (like the ones which came on it) and drag the existent folders to the new ones? In stead of having so many rows I would like to have only a few folders with logos (like in the pc).

2. The device comes with two shortcuts for "contacts" (one under the screen and other near to the "+" button. I don't need two shortcuts for the same thing! Can I change this?

3. One last thing: in order to visualize divx movies I think I need to instal codecs. Which ones do u recommend? After installing it, can wm player run those files?

Thank u for your time.

1. Good question. I'd like to know the answer to that.

2. Start menu > my stuff > personalize my Q > home screen right soft key

3. Hmmmm....

1 out of 3.

1. you can create folders in the Start Menu and move/copy shortcuts to it... you could however run in to issues for example if you move certain shortcuts, which are associated with keys on the keyboard they may no longer work..

3. do a search for divx.

If your Q9h won't let you move start menu shortcuts, then look into EnableRAPI. That will let you do it. See http://blogs.lanlogic.net/blogs/tom/...mizations.aspx
