Speed Dial for Apps Not Working

Speed Dial has died on my Q9h.

I CAN still access my voicemail by holding "1", but if I assign a speed dial number to, say Task Manager, it will not open Task Manager. I can still assign a speed dial number to a contact and have it work appropriately. It just will not work for applications.

I have modified my Start Menu heavily and believe it may be a shortcut issue. I have also installed multiple GPS related applications.

Any ideas?

I figured it out. I had installed AbstractStart to reorder my Start Menu and it was hosing up the Speed Dial app.
