Default Speed Dial & Outlook

Hello,
I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2007 to sync. with my Moto Q9H. I have gotten the following message several times and when I click 'OK' to allow synchronization, I loose all of my speed dial settings.

"There has been a change made on your server that requires you to re-synchronize all items on your device. Please perform a manual sync. Support Code:80883001"

Is there some way to have Outlook remember my speed dial settings and my ringtones?

If outlook is saving these setting, where are they?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Cheers, Icer.

Default

You should not get that message to do a full resync unless you do a hard reset, or a restore from backup or some major change to the phone. At least that is when I get the message using either EXCHANGE 2003 or 2007.

I have not discovered anyway to save and restore the contacts speed dial and associated ring info seperately when this happens. It has only happened to me when I have restored a sprint backup.

For me it is not too bad as I only use 12 speed dials and 4 or 5 personalized ringtones.
