Default Sounds for calls and text getting low ????

Speaking of Nel-Fel-Son-Fon, my roommate, he asked me to post a problem he is having with his Q9h to see if there are other users affected. He says the phones ringer volume and text volume will gradually dissapate. He then soft resets it, and it fixes the problem. Has anyone experienced this ????

I have never encountered such problem before. It could be a hardware failure, or software conflict. He might want to do a master-reset (uunfortunately this is always the most straight forward method to distinguish hardware issue vs software/setting conflict, esply if all troubleshootingfor the latter has been exhausted) to see if the problem comes back or not.

did he set the profile to 'automatic' or 'outdoor/normal' ?

Nope. He renamed the normal prof to one of his nicks, and I checked to make sure for him. Its not that one. I'll see how he feels about master reseting, and see what we come up with.
