Slow CPU on q9h

Ok need some help... So I've had a q9h for about 2 weeks now. I enjoy the phone except for a few issues..

I live in NY so I am constantly going in and out of service. Many times when I go from the subway to a service area and let's say webmessenger or the standard im client was on it basically freezes my screen when trying to access it again. ex. When I click on the icon the cursor will pop-up as if it is on the im program but the screen will be frozen on the home screen. I can click the home button to easily return but the programs won't open.

I also have this problem sometimes when I try and access the im programs after the phone is being charged for the night.

Sometimes I have some general slowness switching between programs.

Any way to fix this?

That registry setting doesn't exist on my Q9h, it does on my Q9c however...just another one of the little differences between the two

I don't have these same registry entries on the q9h
