Default Searching Contact notes

Is there a way to do a global search that looks though the notes I've entered into my contacts? I am using an exchange server and have several thousand contacts that all have corresponding notes. Are there any pay apps that would do this?

Thanks for any help

sorry, I have also searched for this functionality but have not yet found a solution. Other programs handle notes, but not notes attached to contacts.

Hi Sam334!

Use Agenda One! It has a global search option that includes also contact notes. The search is definable for words as "begins with" or "contains". additionally you can also search either tasks, contacts, meetings or all of them at once. I for myself have about 3,000 contacts in my Q 9h and it works absolutely fast and flawless!

Another nice feature is the "smart search" in the contact view! You can decide which fields are included in the search when you simply start typing letters in your keyboard. There is a choice of three of the following fields:

Company
Account
Customer #
City business
State business
Zip code business
City private
State private
Zip code private

Try and enjoy it!

Mjunik:

Thank you for the recommendation. I downloaded the demo and it does everything I need. I'll be buying the full version and using it for the search :D

Thanks a ton.

Sam, you're welcome or "Bitteschön!" as we say in German. :-) I hope you could understand my English well.
