Random apps showing up on Home Screen...

I just picked up the Moto Q Global from AT&T the other day. I am really liking it right now (coming from an iPhone, which was nice, but thats about it).

I got the GPS unlocked so Google Maps and Live Search work great now (MLS is a FANTASTIC app BTW).

But this Home Screen issue has me stumped.

I downloaded FizzWeather, and I like it, but when I choose the FW as my Home Screen layout, it basically puts a bunch of random apps on the HS. When I try to Personalize My Q and change which apps should be displayed on the HS, it doesn't make the change.

What in the world am I doing wrong? I just want a clean looking HS with FW and some select apps.

thats called the MRU (most recently used) program list
basically anytime you open a program it will put it on that list and its ever changing

to keep it the same you will need facade and use the 'launcher' tab
