q9h quirks ... maybe solutions?

i've had my q9h a couple of weeks and have come across a few quirks ... wondering if there might be workarounds out there in the user community.

1. my right soft key is assigned to celetask ... a great task manager. the quirk is that the right soft key gets temporarily reprogrammed to 'messages' when a new message arrives. i would like to avoid this.

2. my activesync uses exchange server to move e-mail back and forth. this is generally ok except that activesync gets confused and won't sync 'over the air' after my q9h is disconnected from a usb connection. a reboot makes it all good again but i sure would like to not have to do this.

3. not specifically a q9h quirk ... the q9h, like almost every other pda/phone i've had, auto-capitalizes the first character of a sentence in sms and other messages.

does anyone know how to resolve any/all of these quirks? sure would be nice to kill at least one of them.

Nothing is striking me at the moment on this one - like you said it's temporary and you can hit it once and it'll go. You can however reprogram your celetask to a quickdial like 2 or 9 or 99 and then you won't have this issue - an added benefit is you can program something else (with lower priority) to the right soft key.

If you get into your wireless manager you can hit menu - disconnect cellular data and this will turn off/on your data transfer, thus re-establishing your connection (normally you can just click on the part of the homescreen that has the carrier's name)

If you disable auto-correct then this should no longer be an issue, unfortunately mis-spelling might become one

does anyone know how to resolve any/all of these quirks? sure would be nice to kill at least one of them.

i dont know if i would call it a quirk but thats just what every Q does

just so you know you have a message and if you hit the button then it takes you the message center
no way to change it to do otherwise
