This is always the first place the techs want to go, but I keep trying to explain that the appointment time mismatches are just a symption, not the problem. The problem is that my phone thinks it is in the
Eastern time zone with the correct Central time. Just to prove the point to the tech rep last week, I did a master reset (had backup of files

) and had the same problem. I then redownloaded the DST patch and still had the same problem. This severed all links to my PC and messaging service and the only communications were to the tower. It has to either be in the phone or in the tower network.
