Q9h doesn´t boot (keyboard flashes)

Hi everyone,

I have a Q9h running with the latest Euro-ROM. This morning the battery was very low so I switched the phone down. Now it doesn´t turn back on again. I plugged in the charger and blue elements below the screen are lightened on and sometimes the complete keyboard turns backgroundlight on but nothing else happens.

I have tried hard reset (Z+E) but this didn´t change anything.

Does anyone has already experienced something similar?

Give it about 30 minutes on the charger before trying to turn it back on. When the bat gets low, it doesnt like to turn back on unless the bat has an ok charge.

You should not have to do a hard reset.

Do you see the bat charging icon on the screen?

Unfortunately I can´t see nothing at all.

The mobile works again after having used the DC charger instead of USB cable and USB cable plugged into power adapter which did not work to solve this issue.

Would have been helpful if you mentioned initially that you were USB charging it. USB will not charge the battery if it is in a low charge or no charge condition.

When you have the phone turned off and are charging it using the AC charger, pressing the d-pad should bring up a fullscreen picture of a battery charging.

You´re right, i should have mentioned it. The behavior just didn´t seem to be related to problems with charging directly.
However I have just realized, that the mobile doesn´t charge with USB connection at all although the device is actively connected to my cpu. What happens there?
