call 611.....listen until someone starts talking press one ...wait for voice press 0 wait then press 0 again after someone starts talking...tell them what happened ....they
should mail you a new phone minus battery and cover...you put your old phone in the box they sent you the new one and mail it back.they provide you with pre postage..soo all you have to do is drop it in the mail box or take it some place that ships things...they expect the old one back within a certain time period.. not hard a caveman can do it
