Power Off Tone for WM 6.1

Does anyone know where to get the sound that is used to power off the phone? or what the name of that file is? i would like to set it as the sound of when i get a text message, but i can't figure out what it's called or if it's just hidden file somewhere.

most if not all hose system sounds are in the Windows directory.. make sure hidden & system files are unhidden..
