PocketNESter Issues !!

I don't know if I am just ignorant or what... but I can't get my Q 9h to run pocketnester. When i download it there are 5 different files to download. I am not sure where or how to install the files but i am getting pretty frustrated with it. I have unzipped all the files and put them on the memory card and then tried to run the setups but it just tells me that the file is not a windowsce file. i then tried running the setups on my desktop and it tells me that i need active sync. do these files need to be installed via active sync??

The .exe files are Activesync/WMDC setup files. Plug your phone in, let it connect to AS, and then double click the files, it will do the rest.
