Phone freezes when putting one call on hold and answering another?

Hey Guys, I got my Q about 15 days ago, and I have issue everytime I am on phone and someone else calls me and I answer the phone... I can't hang up after that or swap my calls. I have to turn the phone off. Has anyone else had that problem?? It's frustrating... I might just go and return the phone any buy it again.... but want to keep that as my last resort.

I have the Q9h and my phone will occasionaly do the same thing to me. I am not sure what is causing it though. I even waited and waited to see if it would ever come out, but it didnt. Only thing I know is to just turn it off and turn it back on.

Sounds like a corrupt firmware file, not playing nice with the hardware drivers. Take it back and get a new one, thats your best bet. Unless you want to try a Master Reset, both of the kinds.

Do you have other apps running while in a call? As an example, a big app like streaming video or music running along with contacts, calendar, messaging (all of which could be running in the background unless it is closed manually using task manager) could be eating up a lot of memory and being in multiple calls could have overloaded it.
