no antenna nor bluetooth

i cant get my phone antenna to start up nor work. its not even an option in wireless manager. bluetooth wont start neither. says cant load bluetooth stack.



also i tried the master reset by pressing e and z on startup and still the same thing. also i went into phone information and under radio, bp, bp flex, and dsp it says unavailable. ????!!!!

Oh wow. Did you try a hard reset ???? Take the battery out with the phone still on.

If that doesn't work, you might be looking at a defective unit.

yep tried that already. i was thinking about flashing it. i have the files. but my data cable went dead.

and is the radio located on the micro sd card slot motherboard with the camera flash? if thats the problem i could probably get a replacement. or find one. but im going to wait until my other data cable comes in and try to flash it.

Yeah def try a flash.
