Napster Sync for Q9h!!!!!

Hey guys,

If any one has napster, can you help me out. I am having trouble syncing my Q9h with napster as a portable device. I had the old Q before and I was able to sync it. All I did was plug it in and napster popped up asking me if I wanted to add the device. Now when I plug up my Q9h, Napster doesn't pop up. Has anyone else had this probem? Or does anyone else now how to get your tracks download from Napster to play on the Q9h. I know I can pay for a track and it will transfer. But I have "Napster to Go" and I can downlaod as many tracks as I wont for 14.95 a month, and I want to transfer my "Napster to Go" tracks to my Q9h.
