Default MY Q is Restarting Please Help, Moto Q is restarting and behaving Wired.

I have loaded some Softwares which were posted by Jasoninaz in the post My greatest hits cab files for Q9H all freeware. URL = http://www.modaco.com/content/motoro...-all-freeware/ After this a wired behaviour is started. If i clik Start It is getting restarted.

I have Master rested my device thinking that my problem would get resolved. But could not resolve. The phone asked me to format my Storage Card. I have done that too...

It is also getting restarted when I answer a call....

Please help me out on this .........I am not able to use my phone.....

Do a master clear if you have it. Or try the hard reset with the Z, E, and power button held down.

If you have a Q9h then you have this option:

Please read previous post carefully. You need to do a Master CLEAR, not a Master RESET. To do a Master CLEAR go to start > system tools > Master CLEAR. Password is 000000 (six zeros).

A hard reset is the same as master CLEAR. Just follow mexiken's direction. It's a shortcut so you don't have to go through the menu.

Then you don't have the Q Global, the AT&T branded Q9h. No biggie.

Turn your phone off. Hold z, e, and turn your phone on. It will then reboot itself and do a master clear. Trust me, it will. I just accidentally did it myself

I thought there was a way to cancel out of it beforehand, guess not. D'oh.

I get the occasional reboot on answering a call after I installed STK.

I don't mean reboot, I meant it Master Cleared on me. As in, all files, registry hacks, EVERYTHING, gone

And the phone ACTED up with STK Tools. It lasted all of 5 mins on my phone....
