Default My MicroSDHC 8GB card isn't working with my Q9h

Hello.

I just purchased a friend's unlocked Moto Q9H and ran a Master Reset. I installed the card and attempted to format, which I received a "Storage Greater than 4GB" twice. However in Memory Manager it seems that it recognizes it.

I want to put music in it via WMP but that will only see the built-in memory and not the MicroSDHC card. Also when I do try to add music and sync, it stops all of a sudden.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

I was thinking more along the lines of using an adapter and a card reader on your comp. But yes, you can actually do it with your usb cable if you navigate to the card via Windows Explorer.

I can but for some reason it's a one time only thing unless I want to restart my computer.

I can plug it in once and my computer would recognize it. If I plug it out and plug it back in, it will give me a "Cannot recognize" error, and it can't read it again until I restart my computer.

So I can get to my MicroSDHC card but I cannot find an option in which I can format it. And I do not have an adapter but I have a card reader on my computer (I assume you need both).

Well, I finally got Windows Media Player to see the MicroSD card but my problem now is that after syncing for a few seconds it would stop and disconnect the Moto Q completely.
