Seems that I don't, mostly because I'm unaware of them!

Update your drivers maybe for the Q9h.

Hard reset the phone, restart the comp. Thats about all I got for you.

I thought there were only once set of drivers. There are other drivers or Q9h-specific drivers I need? Also how would I hard reset the phone?

bobby-n said there are .dll files needed to sync media files. Where can I find these files and are there step-by-step instructions on installing them?

There is only one set, well for each OS. For example, Vista has the drivers that should work for the Q9h to do just about anything it is capable of doing, but for XP, you need to download them from the Moto website. Thats pretty much it for that.

I don't know of any DLL files to make it sync up. Any version of WMP after 9 should automatically have the said DLL files. You shouldn't need to install anything after. Like I said, on my Vista laptop, I don't need anything special. Its true plug 'n' play (or, plug 'n' transfer in this case)

Ok, I was able to format my card, but for some reason I still cannot sync.

I think that file is for the original Q I believe. The Q9h is able to detect and use cards up to 32GB !!!! We were shocked at the store when he heard of this, as there are no commercially available cards that are that large, but it was tested on some internal prototypes apparently. Pretty crazy stuff.
