First, thanks everyone for looking into this for me

Well, I'm 99% sure it's a Euro Q9h, I might need someone to help me verify that though. Anyway, so would flashing it with the Euro ROM solve the problem? It's just strange that it worked fine for several months and then one day randomly had new software on it.

I wrote Mototola but no response yet.

If its a Euro Q9h, then yes, flashing it will solve your problem. If not, well then....you'll be SOL.

It really was bought on ebay. I checked my ebay account and there is a record of who the seller was at least, but no way to find the original ad. I would think ebay has a record of it somewhere though, if Motorola wanted to see it...

If you guys left each other feedback, then you have the item number on that same line. So yeah, they could look it up if they really needed to. Don't lose that sellers name....
