I found one for $29.99 direct from Motorola. Here is the link for the Q9h version, but I also saw that they have cradles for the other "Q" versions as well.

i called motorola and they said that one does not have the slot for a spare battery. they said there is a model with the spare slot but it won't work with the Q9H as the USB plug size is different. Mini vs Micro

Hmm...strange. I ordered one off ebay (it had the same model number as the one listed on the motorola website) and it had an extra slot for a second batter (standard or extended).

Yep...genuine OEM motorola part. I just looked at the motorola link I posted and in terms of looks, it looks to be identical to the one I purchased on ebay (plus, as I said before, it is the same model number).

Yeah, that is the same number. I just looked at both my receipt from the auction and the listing itself, and that was the model number listed. I would have to physically check the cradle itself tonight to be 100% sure, but I'm pretty positive that the model number on the auction corresponds to the number on the cradle itself...I usually double check that stuff right when I get it in the mail to be sure I'm not getting ripped off!

PS - It wouldn't be the first time a Customer Service Rep gets things wrong...I've never dealt with Motorola, but so many other places (AT&T, etc.) don't seem to know the full story on their products/services, etc.

Well, I checked and it is actually a different model number. I checked on the listing and it shows the model number I have to be compatable/interchangeable with the one shown on the Motorola website. The model I have is SPN5420A. Here is the link to the auction I won...hopefully it will help shed some light on all of this:
