keyboard wont light up

nope, it should be automatic when device is active..

generally the keyboard stays off untill the light level drops. Try covering the sensor (above the right corner of the screen) with your thumb for about 10 seconds, if the keyboard lights don't come on then something is wrong.

if it doesn't light up when your screen does..then yep. May be a simple fix at repair shop

yea it doesnt come on...and my friend has the same phone i tried it on his and it went on...broken phone, just my luck!

man, that sucks. But like mike said, take it to your carrier. They may be able to fix it.

just a heads up...

have everything backedup before you go, they will probably wipe it clean trying to fix it before having you swap it out.
