Question How to use Q 9H as a GPS receiver for a laptop or PDA?

Is there any way to use Motorola Q 9H as GPS receiver for a laptop or PDA via bluetooth?
There is a program named Symarctic for Symbian (for N95) to use N95 as a GPS receiver, so I wonder if there is any kind of similar program that we can install to Q 9H to use its GPS utility in a laptop or PDA (such as Nokia N800).

While I keep searching I found something that seemed to addresses the issue.
http://franson.com/gpsgate/
http://franson.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3968

But the software (GpsGate) mentioned in the website above requires a touch screen device. I asked them if there is any version of the program that does not require touch screen. They said that they currently only have GpsGate for touch screen.

So the problem still persists. Possible solutions are welcome.
