The reason it's no longer needed on OM4.1 is because when you run the program for the first time, the connection popup appears and has an option to never ask again. Did that not happen on your Q9h?

Negative. But I MIGHT have installed 4.0 actually. I thought I hit 4.1, but then I checked the about, and it said 4.0.xxx or whatnot.

Yeah, sounds like 4.0. Mine is 4.1.10781.
