How to Configure the Q9h for Telefonia in Central America

I have hard time to set up the internet and the MMS for my Moto 9h. The internet provider, Telefonia, sells the Moto Q gsm only (not the 9h)....would that be the copyright issue that they cannot configure my moto 9h? Need big help! However, I did sign 1 year for the mailbox service and the unlimited internet service.....Thanks

doubtful on the MMS issue, Verizon and AT&T are the only ones with it stateside.

may have to talk with your carrier about the internet settings
