I particularly like that small box on the left with the profile, messages and the icons. (Not so much the 'Dodgers' though -but we shall not discuss that here!!

If someone wants and has access to the original PSD from which this was created, they can easily replace and modify the image to anything you want that fits the motif and get you set up. Mexiken will have to let you know who did it, who has it and who is willing to modify it for you, lots of talented people here.

I personally love the "smooth gradient effect" and the "smooth glass effect" that are in it, make it really nice. Whoever made this, deserves some serious props.
