How do i get rid of the 'Get Express Mail' icon of the home screen?

HAHAHAHAHA!!
I know this has been answered at least 400 + 100's more times!
It's in a homescreen.xml file on your phone.
You can find it using File Manager> Application Data> Home> *Name of you HomeScreen*
There is a Home Screen Thread and up towards the top there are "sticky's" that will answer most of your questions if you just read through them a little. It's a big thread but you should be able to find your answer there.

There is an entire section on home screens and mods. All of the layout is controlled by XML and if you want I can give you mine, I think its pretty sweet the way I have it.
