Default FREEZE ISSUE?? Please help!!!

My 9h is over a month old by 5 days, so i unfortunately couldn't' swap out the phone in the store, but heres my problem:

my phone is at a screen that says...
Confirm. You must restart your device to complete installation. Restart now?

but i cannot click yes or no, i can't even shut my phone off. when i take the battery out and turn it back on the same screen will pop up... I can answer an incoming call but once the call is over, it goes right back to that same screen and its basically frozen.. nothing works. When i called tech support they were puzzled!! thought maybe someone on here might know what to do....

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

It looks like an Application Install have caused a problem?

You may have to resort to restoring your default settings:

From power OFF, press Z and E (and hold both) and while doing that, press Power button to power ON. Then wait for a few minutes while the phone's default OS is reinstalled.

You'll lose all the data and other apps you've added, but you should get a normally functioning phone again.
