Default Files keep timing out?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone else has had problems with .cab files timing out? I just got my phone and i tried to download gmaps and it wont download on the cell and keeps freezing up and says resume but when you click it in around 5 seconds it stops again.

its not just that app either, the xpress mail that comes on the phone does the same thing. I can go to the internet on the phone just fine with no problems, its even faster than my old blackberry curve (and im still in a edge area, no 3g yet) but I cant get files to download on the phone completely.

if any one had this prob and fixed it, please let me know. thanks in advance

Something is up with your internet connection. Try soft resetting the phone, then hard resetting. If that doesn't work, call AT&T. There may be a problem with the data side of the tower in your area.

That was my next suggestion. I've heard of that happening sometimes.

It's just a matter of opening Opera, going into the settings and unchecking "Make Opera the default browser" lol..

The sucky thing is that when i use IE on my Q9h, the Yahoo! Go website recognizes my Q as an AT&T 8525 and downloads the pocketPc version.. if I use Opera, it detects it as a Motorola Q9h but the download frequently stops/resumes..enough to where the file is corrupted and wont install.. =(
