Help!!! So I've followed the instructions and have the cert loading tool on my Q and the certificate on my phone. When I launch the utility I get the following:

Alert: Access denied. The program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate.


Again, I click on the program to launch and this is the first thing that comes up.

Help...any ideas...I'm travelling tomorrow and really need to get it up and running. Motorola said the would get back to me within 48 hours!

you shouldn't need to run any cert tool if you are just trying to set up Microsoft Exchange Server Activesync connection. Are you able to setup exchange activesync w/o running the cert tool?
