Default everything half way.....

In my file manager,I do have (1) FlashVideo Bundle.CAB, (2) FlashVideo.TGZ, (3) tcpmp.smartphone.0.72RC1.CAB and (4) ver28wm5.zip....

The more I read the forum, the more I got confused, the more I tried to download different things....but..nothing works out for my Moto Q 9h:

(1) have problems to run youtube, saying my flash player is outdated; however, I do beleive it is version 1.4.4.
(2) my internet explorer icon gone, have no idea how it was gone when I turn back on the phone in the next day. Sure, I need it back.

Please advice me what files need to be download or removed.
Thanks

first of all, can you check if you can play youtube w/o installing any of this cab files? It works for me, but you may want to check.

just to confirm, you access m.youtube.com, you click on the video link, media player fires up, and you see nothing?

and for what it's worth, the .tgz file can be renamed to .cab so it is installable.

and having the cab, zip, tgz in your file manager will not allow youtube to work! Those applications need installed still if you haven't!

Thanks for the reply.....so at this point, how can I made it (youtube) work? Should I need to delete some files, or rename some files and also how could I run the programs...

It sounds like working from scratch would be much more easy than now, be patient to get your suggestions.....
